5 stars for customer service! The unit itself I would give 4 because of a small issue. We’ve had this humidifier for 2 months now and it was working great. Suddenly we developed a problem where the pump was continually running sending water into the top then trickling back down into the tank non stop. Unfortunately when the unit is setup with the control panel centered on the viewing window for the water level, this creates a situation where the overflow/fill port is directly over the handle for the water tank, and those handles have holes in them so the unit ended up leaking all over the floor. When I reached out to customer support, they responded to me within hours and are sending us a new upper portion of the humidifier to rectify the problem. They were extremely friendly and immediately wanted to make the issue right which I’m very appreciative of! I know now to make sure the fill port is not sitting over one of the tank handles, but I’ll probably place the unit in a basin of some sort just to prevent any future mishaps with leaks. Overall the unit works great and has been an excellent remedy for my sinus problems related to dry climate. We do get a little of the white dust but using humdifier fish has really cut down on that and it’s not that big of a problem compared to the relief it provides.

This was well worth the money great humidifier I love that it holds 3 gallons of water so you're not constantly feeling it I love that it has the extended piping coming out of it cuz we did end up having to use that because the Miss was hitting our hardwood floors and puddling up so you would want to set it on a box or a stand or put a carpet underneath it if you don't use that piping that comes up but it it's pretty good quality works really well I have COPD my dogs have dry skin itching we have dry heat air in here so we needed the humidity and it does our whole house.

This humidifier is amazing. The capacity is wonderful I only had to fill like twice a week. It is quiet and does the job perfectly plus I love that I can add essential oils.
