Hard to find refill business for new tanks. Had to exchange new tanks for filled ones.

Tanks not legal to be filled in the USA.
Even thought the description states that the tanks are not dot approved the average person wouldn't know that they are NOT legal to fill in the USA. I have purched good used tanks and going with those,
