Good quality dye, my chair became new again …

I don't usually write extensive reviews, but on this product I felt compelled. I have been searching for over a year for a company that could come to my home to help fix my leather couch and loveseat that had numerous scratches from my cats (especially when they were kittens). I found one company, but impossible to communicate and gave up. After researching and contacting other companies, I got a response after sending photos that my couch was "bonded leather" and there is not much you can do except find someone that can "refill and dye the the scratches". I found this product and for the price, I thought I would try this leather re-coloring balm and could not be happier with the results !! (first 3 pics are before and last 3 after). Note I followed the instructions, but found that I really needed to "wash" off the color with a wet cloth due to my couch has a reddish variegated look and the balm color is medium brown. I did my couch and loveseat over 2 weekends. It took some elbow grease and time. I cleaned the leather first; let it sit at least a half hour. Used the brush and sponge and thoroughly covered the entire seating area and foot rest area as those were the worst as well as parts of the arm rest and back. I let it penetrate for 2-3 hours and then took a damp cloth to remove most of the product that was "sitting on top". Another dry cloth to keep wiping until not much color comes off. After thoroughly drying, I added a leather conditioner. Again, I could not be happier. The scratches are still there if you take a bright light and look, but they are now colored in and not noticeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This stuff is amazing!! We found a $3000 leather chair at Good Will for $24. It had scratch marks and paint damage. This stuff along with some Leather Honey made the chair look brand new! We also had an old leather ottoman that was a faded green color. This product not only turned it a rich shade of brown that matches our chair, but it totally gave it new life! We will keep this on hand for the future for sure! Also, the jar goes a long way.

I almost returned it! The color that goes on is not what dries so just wait a few. It restored my color and my couch looks new again after 8 years. The sponge applicator stinks get a better one then they give you. If your doing your entire couch set you’ll need several jars.

I have areas on my couch that have started to fade.I used this polish and my leather couch looks great again. I would absolutely recommend this product.
