Best tape for sore or cut fingers
If you work with your hands and get sore cuticles and cuts; this is a great tape to wrap around a bandage,or just the tape by itself. It sticks to itself like hockey tape and you can make it as tight as you want it.Tears easily; but make sure you leave a length folded over, because it sticks to itself and you won't be able to get it started again if you don't make a tab at the end of the roll!

Best training tape for climbing, fraction of the price of name brands
This is the exact same kind of tape (who knows, maybe even the same manufacturer) as Evolv Magic Finger Tape and Power Company's Training Tape. It is cohesive tape made of latex. It is perfect for laps on the systems board or taping tips for that razor-sharp outdoor project. Power Company has a great write-up of the pros and cons of this kind of tape on their product page. This same roll of tape from Evolv retails for $8.00. I got sixteen rolls for $24 here on Amazon. You do the math.

Good value, good tape
Construction guys use this often to protect their fingertips or secure bandages or wraps. They ask for this stuff! We keep it on hand. Comes in a package of about 12 rolls, so it lasts a long time and there’s plenty to keep in the trucks or hand out as needed.

Love this for needlepoint
I have a habit of using the tip of my finger to push needles through needlepoint projects, and I hate thimbles. If i wrap a bunch of this around my finger, it lasts for at least 7-8 hours if you don't take it off. Wish it weren't so pricey.

Same as the climbing stuff.
Same as the tape marketed at climbers for a fraction of the price.Only sticks to itself (for whatever that's worth), but does so exceptionally well. Doesn't work well if you get it wet.

No good.
I have used finger tape for over 30 years. This is bad right out of the package. It is dried out, and does not stick to it self. Even pulling it off the roll you can feel how dry it is.

One Star
Smells funny and doesn't stick like the other finger tape.

Perfect for protecting fingers or bandaging cuts.
I work in a machine shop so nicks and cuts are a common occurrence, I like using this because its quick, it holds up to oils and coolants and it doesn't fall off like bandaids. It's also breathable which is nice.
