Arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. It is very sturdy and seems to be well made. It was better than advertised. I got it as a gift for my parents and they are thrilled with it. I would recommend this fireplace! It looks real with wood, a glowing bed of coals, and realistic flames. Has many color options but we like the realistic colors. So far it is great on day one!,

Clean and elegant look. It gives you that feel cozy! Just from a the visual perception. No assembly needed if you have the right’s measurements. But might need a carpenter for the height since most chimneys vary in this regard.

Fabulous buy! Absolutely love this electric FP! I installed myself (70 year old woman). Easy peazy! Love the various colors! Really puts out some heat!!!

Nice electric fireplace. Redoing our den and wanted a nicer, cleaner look than our old wood burning fireplace. Fit our space almost perfectly, only small gaps on the sides to cover. Literally just took it out of the box and it slid right in. The remote doesn't work real well, but I'm going to replace the battery and see if that helps. I do wish the controls didn't stay on the screen as it takes away a bit from the overall look. And yes, the flames look fake. That's because they are! But it has lots of fun settings and makes a nice ambiance in the room. As it's currently summer, we have yet to give the heating a good test. Will update later if that is an issue. Overall we are happy with the fireplace and would purchase it again.

We have had this fireplace for some time and we enjoy it! We really like the look and feel of it as it adds great homeliness to our house! We would recommend this as this has been a great purchase for us!!

I bought this for a large rental 1920's bungalow farm house. the dimensions were right on and it fit perfectly in the opening. The Flame and logs look good and the color options are nice along with the dimmable programs. the heating element works well. Have not tested how well it warms up a large living room yet but it seems like a good supplemental source. I turned it on and asked one of my workers what he thought and he said " I love it!". As far as I know he only loves his truck and his dewalt tools and his dog so I will take it as high praise! the only negative I have to say about it is that it seems like when it is off, it has a slight wavy feel to the glass. But I am sure it will set the room off and help tent the house. Glad to have it and at a decent price!

When we purchased our house it had a fireplace downstairs the owner had gutted and just had the outer shell. We wanted to tear it out but decided to keep it. We found a good number of sizes they had! I got the closest I could find and it turned out amazing. Our basement living room is so cozy now and this thing puts out warm air way better than a cheaper fireplace/entertainment center we have. The color and brightness change is a nice feature to have depending on the mood. Great quality and highly recommend!

Our wood burning fireplace is in need of expensive repairs in order for us to be able to use it. So instead of staring at a big empty hole, I decided to find an electric model to fit the space. The measurements on this fireplace were close enough to the opening, that it fits right in perfectly and it looks like it was always there. It comes with an easy to use remote control with included batteries. The remote can change the color of the logs, as well as the flames. It can change the brightness and the speed. It can also turn on the heater. The heater has 2 speeds and actually gets quite hot. Depending on the size of the room, it will probably warm it up nicely. To me, the logs and flames are not very realistic, thus the 4 stars. But for the price I paid, I can't expect more. I consider this fireplace a good value and a quality product. If I ever decide to put the money into repairing our brick fireplace, I will likely move this unit to another room.
