Very nice, a bit smaller than I thought they would be but they will fit the space they are going on well. I thought I’d sink into this kind of chair but it will need to be broken in. The leather is very nice looking but a bit stiff which is why they will need to be broken in. Cheapest price was on Amazon with free shipping when I ordered these. Delivery was by CEVA and I was given 6AM-6PM delivery window but was never given any updates.

The size of the chair is the only part I like about the chair. It is smaller than most club chairs like this, but I wanted it for a small room. Every little movement in the chair is noisey. The leather creaks and squeaks when you shift in the chair. The cushion sticks out farther than the pictures show. No big deal but it does look odd. I never could get an answer as to what kind of leather this is or what processes it has gone through. 'Leather' is a very generic term and usually not a good indication of the quality if that's all it says (I learned this after buying the chair). I have sat in other club chairs that look similar but the leather is softer and they are awesomely comfortable yet not mushy. This chair is stiff and kind of uncomfortable. The leather scratches easily. A fingernail lightly grazing the chair leaves a mark as do other objects that come in contact with the chair. The only care instructions are to dust regularly. Leather drys out easily and quality leather can be treated to keep it soft and supple. I don't think this leather would absorb a conditioner. I have used a little coconut oil on the scratches which helps make them a bit less noticeable. I doubt that it will develop that sought after well-worn patina look. From the looks of things, the seat will be the first thing to wear out. And unfortunately the bottom of the cushion isn't leather so you can't flip it over. All in all for the price I am pretty disappointed. I kept the chair because I had it for a while before realizing what the chair was really like. This is the poor man's version of a parisian club chair as real one will cost at least 5 grand.

Beautiful chair and well-made. Unfortunately a bit too small for what I needed. Customer service was EXCELLENT in helping with the return, personally calling and emailing to make sure all the details were handled correctly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the way this company treats their customers!
