I suppose it was too good to be true ....1. This was not a NEW product as described. The protective bar had been removed, presumably by the last user, the bag it was enclosed in had been opened at one end and the whole thing really badly sellotaped back together. Oh, and the 'removing this will invalidate this product' sticker was damaged.2. Having said that, recycling is of course a good thing, and far better than stuffing it in landfill and it is working - although the ink is not as dark as with a brand new toner cartridge - it will be interesting to see how long it lasts.3. But please don't try and lie to me that you are selling me a brand new product when it quite clearly ain't - I'm not quite that stupid.

Opened the package and installed within minutes. Print quality is perfect and I have nothing to complain about. Also a resonable price for original toner.

Excellent toner cartridge though a touch pricey for my mind hence 4 not 5 stars! Mine however just keeps going and going. Can't recomemnd this and my Borther HL2030 hgihly enough as a standard everyday printer!Worth looking to refill them though rather than buying original from someone like cartridge world. I bought the inkrite replacement toner which is spot on for price and quality.

Always choose named brand rather than compatible. Comes with excellent easy to read instructions, easy to install. Reliable product that gives good quality print, & lasts for the stated usages.

It is the recommended toner for this printer. It works well without problems and lasts longer. I always use it.

The produce came with easy the install instruction and performed well. it is well worth while buying genuine original products

Have always used the manufacturers Toner rather than compatibles. I get c2500 pages per cartridge. It works and arrived within a few days at a decent price. Not much else to say.

I returned it because the post office were charging nearly eighteen euros duty. This made it far too expensive. I expect to be reimbursed in due course.I have no doubt it would have been ok.
