These vitamins package 12 and they give me energy to help me want to get up to exercise but I have a hard time swallowing that very large one so I’m not sure I could continue but once they come out with the formulation with a small pill, I will be back

I love the convince of everything being prepackaged for me. I can grab and go or keep a few in my purse so when I’m rushing out the door in the morning I already have my vitamins. I’ve taken them on an empty stomach and I don’t get an upset stomach. I feel energized throughout the day.

These pills make taking your vitamins easy! i love the app that is included to make sure that you remember to take the pills. I also love that they are all individually packaged in a daily portion, so I don't have to go around and grab multiple pills from multiple bottles, because I'm very forgetful. The pills are easy to swallow and don't leave a funky after taste in your mouth and I absolutely love that they are made with real food. Overall I highly recommend these!

Turns my urine bright yellow which is a sign of too much b2 which can be bad for you. Other than that I like the packaging but the 1 tablet is way too big. I like that it comes with an app for meals and exercises. But the pills and dosing need adjustments.
