This a great video doorbell! Has all the support tracking and is just slick looking. It triggers people really well and notifies you immediately. And have connected my to a HomeBase unit along with my other cameras and it you can use the HomeBase unit as a doorbell chime sound. It’s integrated well easy to setup and install. I haven’t hardwired it to my existing door bell chime since I think that’s a 240v and it might not work with the unit. My priority was to be off grid and rely on the battery. A lot of cool features of parcel detection and it has a two way communication using its speakers.

Minus one star for the absolute pain to install in place of existing doorbell which was wired for 240V. You’ll need a transformer if yours is the same. Once installed (with transformer) it is great and shows a specific icon confirming it is powered. You need to keep the battery in even when wired. Would be perfect if it did 24/7 recording but not a deal breaker for me.

After more than 1 year using this doorbell, I have to say that I’m extremely disappointed: 1- very poor video quality (specially in low light conditions- the image sensor used is so small makes it a joke). 2- very poor performance: external slow , sometimes not practical. I have a super-optimized setup on my high-speed network yet performance is not even acceptable. I have seen other models less than half the price with solid video quality and performance. I regret in investing in this doorbell and the base station that is required. Major downgrade from Ring .

The set up is simple and functionality excellent. Image quality is brilliant. No wires and cables and recharging! The App is OK, but all in all definately the way to go.

After using my device for seven months, it unfortunately developed a malfunction. While this was disappointing, the company's swift and professional response made a huge difference. They quickly arranged to collect the faulty unit and provided me with a replacement. It's reassuring to know they value their customers and handle unexpected issues with care and efficiency.

First star for 2k video, the 2nd for lower camera. Don't buy it if you don't have Eufy infra. This bell doesn't support Eufy Cloud, and you'll need to buy Home Base!!! Otherwise, someone could steal it and... no photos-videos. I don't know how and who has made 180 days of battery life, probably it will work only for bell ring events, in my setup I turned off all notifications, left video recording on motion, and disabled lights and.... the battery lasts only 3 days max!!! Update after 2 months: after 1 month of every 3 day charging it stopped draining the battery and working as expected

Dwie kamery, głośnik, AI, wytrzymała bateria i super wygląd to główne zalety. Dodatkowo braku jakichkolwiek opłat miesięcznych. Wady to niedopracowana AI bo nie zawsze rozpoznaje osoby i wykwywa ruch poza wyznaczonym obszarem co jest irytujące. Aplikacja do obsługi średniej jakości z błędnymi tłumaczeniami i błędami.

Il prodotto è ottimo e bisogna fare attenzione a dove posizionare il doorbell. Dopo essere stato contattato dall'assistenza, sono riuscito a risolvere. Per questo la mia valutazione di questo venditore / azienda è top. Perché non ti lasciano allo sbaraglio anzi. Inoltre è arrivato anche un aggiornamento del firmware che rende più performante il doorbell. Lo puoi posizionare sulla porta se di legno oppure accanto alla porta e fate attenzione all'altezza di posizione, non serve metterlo proprio altezza occhiello porta ma quasi centrale, tipo appena sotto il petto per intenderci, comunque è scritto anche nelle istruzioni come misurarlo, leggetele! Prodotto straconsigliato!

Have been charged for many days, but battery never reach 100%

So happy with the doorbell it’s been brilliant! It sometimes takes a sec to watch the live feed but I can change a setting to adjust that so will give that a try. Can’t not give it 5 stars though as it’s really given us more security in our new home. I put a pir light above it and at night it’s crystal clear. If you’re thinking about getting one like we was for over 2 years then just get it. Wish we would’ve got ours sooner. It’s not just a doorbell and for the money it’s great. We got an extra chime and it works a treat.
