Great cycling shorts
This is my second Baleaf cycling shorts purchase. This particular pair seemed to be advertised as a slightly upgraded variation (with a thicker chamois & side pockets) versus the Baleaf pair I already own. I immediately used the new shorts for a 45-mile ride on a very hot/humid day, and found them to be very comparable to my high-end name-brand shorts that are similar, without the higher price tag. The material on the Baleaf shorts is slightly thinner and maybe just a bit less compressive than my name-brand shorts, but I have not found that to be an issue. The waistband is comfortable and does not sag, and the chamois feels a little more comfortable for longer distances than the chamois on my name-brand shorts. I'm not sure if that's due to the contouring or the nature of the padding itself. I often find myself using Baleaf shorts for my longer rides due to the comfort of the chamois. And the legs on these shorts do not ride up. While my name-brand shorts also have leg grips, I still have to do a leg adjustment at least once or twice during particularly hot/sweaty rides. So far, I haven't had to fiddle with these at all. They stay put during the entire ride. I also love the pockets on the side for extra storage, and they'll easily hold some additional nutrition or other essentials.I needed an extra pair of shorts in my rotation since I usually ride 4 times per week and I'm very happy I decided to purchase this new pair from Baleaf. I'm 5'1" tall, weigh around 90 pounds, and have a 27" waist and a 32" hip. The XS is a good fit for me. I wash all of my workout clothing with a detergent specifically formulated for exercise gear and I hang my cycling shorts/jerseys to dry. I have found my other Baleaf gear to be durable if cared for properly.

Good cycling shorts but with an issue for me
I really like Baleaf chamois, it works well for me, and this pair of shorts is no different. It's comfortable and gives me confidence I can be suitably protected for 40 mile rides! The styling is good and having good-size pockets is a huge plus.I bought 2 pairs of these; and love the longer ones; they are super comfortable and the length is great. Not super long but they made my legs look good. The thigh grippers worked well and there was no slippage. I highly recommend the longer length.I also purchased the shorter length to see about changing where my tan line is. They'd be great for that. The issue I have, though, is that I have fat thighs, the short inseam with the leg grips makes me bulge in a way that's not flattering! Sure, it's me and I'll get over the bulgy appearance. I'll definitely wear them, but they're not my favorites.

Comfortable
I like this product, the leg length not as long as I had thought, but these work fine. padding very good , perfect for peloton. Pockets a plus.

Confortable and fit well just like my Baleaf running shorts
I've been wearing the the baleaf brand to run in and like them and just saw the cycling shorts so bought a pair. These are very comfortable and appear well made.

No Draw String :(
LOVE the fit and colors, but unfortunately there is no waist string to cinch the top, so I know I’d constantly be pulling these up. Really wanted to love these but will be returning.

As Describes
To be honest it feels like you are wearing a huge Maxi pad or a Diaper, but it works! My butt with these shorts plus our new bike seat helps with the bruising or tenderness without the shorts! They do run small I feel, I am normally a Small/Medium and these were a little snug.

Comfy
These bike shorts are very comfortable. Padding is nice. Pockets are nice. They are not see through and they stay put. However, the material is too slippery on certain saddles and slid me forward out of position during the ride.

The best bike shorts ever
These are excellent bike shorts. They fit just right. I don't mind that there is a slight roominess in the fit of the leg (as opposed to skin tight) and that there is elastic at the pantleg edge to ensure it is snug at that place. The padding is excellent too especially in the area of my delicate "lady parts". There may be a fraction too much padding in the buttocks area, but that is by no means a deal-breaker. This is the second pair of bike shorts I have bought from Baleaf and I am impressed with this brand. I would happily and confidently buy this brand, and specifically these bike shorts, again. I haven't had them long enough to attest to durability (have been using them for only 4 months), but have had no problems so far.

Value for the money
a game-changer for cyclists seeking a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. Featuring a 4D padded design and UPF50+ sun protection, these shorts are ideal for long rides in various conditions. The strategically placed gel padding provides superior support, and the 5-inch length adds a stylish touch. The addition of pockets enhances practicality, offering storage for essentials on the go. Whether you're into mountain biking, cycling, or spinning, these shorts deliver on both performance and style.

Perfect!
Perfecr length and fit for the shorts. There’s little sticky dots on the inside of the legs in a band around the hems, which keep them from rolling up! I am usually a 1XL but sized up for comfort and they fit perfectly! Granted these are my first padded cycling shorts so I have no frame of reference, but the padding is thick and cushy, and keeps my bean from getting smushed, so they’re working as intended :)

Perfect
Been using it for a month now for road biking (500km/300mi) and they are perfect. Great quality, awesome price, highly comfortable and I love the pockets! But they are indeed much shorter than other classic models - this is small and I'm 5'4/55kg.
