After 30 years of tension headaches, I finally have a reduction of 75%+ of pain and frequency!I took three a day for one month and then two a day after that. It’s been five years and if I do you have a headache, it’s not two days of immobilization, crying and vomiting. If I catch a headache early on, just one Excedrin Migraine will work, sometimes I need two, but still a very far cry from the pain I experienced in the past. Also very important to know your triggers. Most people have multiple ones. That is the headaches are less intense. Mine are weekly from 8-48 hours. Petadolex does not change their frequency for me, but it does somewhat diminish the intensity which is welcome.
