Black Tea Age Defying Eye Concentrate

I'm not experiencing any lift to my eyelids with this cream. I used bare minerals eye cream previously and was amazed by the lifting results. This also doesn't seem to have any effect on the dark circles under my eyes. It's moisturizing, but that is all I find to be true of its promises.

This does seem to lighten the dark shadows under the eyes, better than anything else I've used

It provide moisture but not work as description.

I have found some products that work but this is not on the list. I didn't notice any difference after using it for a month.
