So upset ,I didn't get my hat for my Boy ! I got a coop bowl !! Looks like I'm not the only one this has happened to , I went to reviews and YEAP a nother Lady got the same bowl!! WTH seriously how does this happen ! We was going away for weekend and he really needed his hat that I ordered 😠he wears them to keep sun out of his eyes ,his old one does not fit anymore and is worn out so I wanted a new hat but instead got a coop bowl ! Amazon refunded me and apologized 😏which was nice but simple fact is My Boy has no hat when really needed !! 😣😭😢😩😠😡because of this happeing to a nother person ,I think I'll be buying from a different company !! Don't want a nother Coop Bowl !!!

I ordered a dog hat and got a crate bowl. I made this order for my mom who doesn't shop online. She decided keep the bowl. She still wants the hat but is afraid she might get a brush next time. Hahaha!

This hat is not well made. The straps were folded back on each other and could not be straightened. The neck measurments were n ot correct in the ad. It was supposed to fit by the size of the dog;s neck, even after adjusting the neck straps as small as possible, it was still way to big. I am returning this item to the sender, this is the second item from this sender that I have had to return.
