Qunol Magnesium 420mg, Extra Strength, High Absorption, Vegetarian, 180ct

I have found that the Qunol supplement products I use work better for me than other brands. I have always been a little skeptical of supplements because there isn't a reliable sanctioning body that regulates how they are made. I have stuck with this brand because I have actually felt a difference in how I feel after several months of use.

I have used several Qunol products and associate the brand with quality. As I've gotten older, I have found it harder to get a solid night's sleep. Magnesium has several benefits, one being a natural sleep aid. After I started taking this magnesium, my sleep has improved. I'm going to sleep quicker and not waking up so often. I also give it to my son who is on the spectrum when he is going through a phase of not sleeping very well. This has helped him to reset his sleep pattern. Two capsules, 420mg total, equals 100% of the daily recommended amount. The capsules are easy to swallow and are stated to be high absorption.

This was the first time I tried this for a sleeping aide and I will it worked very well. I didn’t wake up feeling heavy and no headache. My doctor recommended this particular brand to me and I’m glad I tried it. I will keep using it as a sleep aide and it is a quality product.

This is a good product and a good type of magnesium. I have problems with leg cramps in this really helps.

I like these. They seem to be a more straightforward supplement than a lot of other options are. I really like that they are a lower amount, because it's easier to adjust to what is appropriate without taking too much (especially with magnesium, don't need digestive issues!). Interestingly, I don't notice the difference with these in situations where I've noticed the difference with other magnesium supplements in the past. For example, I usually will take extra magnesium after doing something atypical that is likely to make my muscles sore. I don't with this. At the same time, it seems like this might stay in my system longer, so I'm not sure that it's so much quality or accurate amounts as it is the rate at which this one gets absorbed and metabolized. Since my doctor suggested taking this nightly, that's actually a good thing for me. However, I want to note it in case anyone is looking to take these on a more as needed basis. The pills are on the large side and are tablet form, a little chalky but barely. I don't have any issues taking them at the same time as other pills, but I want to note this in case anyone looking at them has trouble with that sort of pill. I only occasionally have noticed a chalkiness after taking alone.

Due to being severely overweight for majority of my life, both of my meniscuses in my knees are shot! I’m no longer overweight and haven’t been for a while, but it left lasting damage to my knees. I HAVE TRIED SO MANY MAGNESIUM SUPPLEMENTS AND I CAN SAY IVE FINALLY FOUND THE ONE. I feel like all the others ones I tried did nothing until I found this. I’m literally crying typing this because I’m so happy this supplement is working. As a mom sometimes it’s super hard constantly running around your toddler and my muscles would ache so much at the end of the day. I wouldn’t be able to get sleep. After starting this I sleep like a baby. Please if you are looking for a good magnesium Supplement especially magnesium glycinate TRY THISSSS
