I love this thing. It FEELS good in my hands. It is an excellent addition to my sliding bench trainer. I also use it with resistance bands. It is strong, comfortable to use, easier on my wrist then a straight bar, and well built. I will use this often for years to come and highly recommend it.

This Weider work out machine is great. I'm 5'1 and it worked good for me. And I can tell when this carona virus is over and people can come to my house again, It will also work for one of my Grandsons who is 6'6. I love that you can start out with light weight's and work your way up. And the bungie tension increaser is easy to change. You will want more weight when using your legs. I put this together all by myself, not bad for a 72 year old woman. If I can do it you can do it. I am so happy with this machine.Oh yes, I recommend buying the work out bar that is sold seperately.

I’ve been looking for a curl bar for a while to go with my Bowflex PR1000. The Bowflex is great but with the 1000, there aren’t many attachments that accommodate it. However, when I came across this curl bar, I went ahead and ordered it. It came in promptly and works like a charm.I love how it has latches on both sides so it works with the PR1000 like a charm.

I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the handle came with a few indentations and scratch marks on it (see pictures). Other than that the bar is well made and easy to use. Comes with around 6 inches of wire cord and quick clips that are easy to attach. This is perfect for 2 handed bicep curls, preacher curls, tricep skull crushers, reverse grip skull crushers, and upper chest pullovers. Decent price for a solid attachment for the Total Gym.

Bought this knowing I could use it for a few bicep / tricep workouts but ended using it for many more. Quality is 5 star and has transformed to the total gym into a far more useful machine. I cancelled my gym membership due to total gym and the ability to workout whenever I can. This just solidified my reason for cancelling.

I bought this to switch up the handle/grip options on my Weider Ultimate Body Works machine. Yes, it fits! And yes, it’s a great addition. It seems to be well constructed, so I am hoping to get a lot of use out of it.

Now I can finally do a decent incline bench press on my Bowflex Revolution. The alternative was to use the provided hand straps. When you put the Revo's arms down low there is no slack in the lines, so if you need to add a lot of weight you might need a spotter to lift the bar off the bench to slide under it, or buy more links to give you more slack. Of course, you could simply buy a weight bar/weights and use the Bowflex bench, but whatever.I checked the two end screws before using after seeing a review where one screw broke off. On mine, one screw was loose and could be turned by hand. I suspect that might have caused that screw to break off as reported by the other reviewer. So check yours before using.
