Is this greasy or does it soak in easily without having to keep rubbing it in?

Rubs in well, it does leave a slight sheen until it drys, which is quite fast. It does work and smells nice

I have dry skin, can i use this on my head, would i have to wash it out?

On your head it would be greasy but you could at night and wear a cap in bed and wash our in the morning. The stuff is very good for your skin.
