Update: Customer service reached out to & sent me a replacement. 5 stars for customer service alone!!I bought this drill in June 2021 & it quit working in February 2022. I use this drill for personal use. The drill was nice. I like that it is lightweight, quiet & powerful but it will NO LONGER CHARGE. I've charged it twice since I bought it I went to charge it & nothing. This drill is perfect if you only need it for a few months. Don't waste your money.

EDIT: about 5 months later it no longer works. Hoping I can find how to contact customer service…After spending ridiculous amounts of money having gel and dip manicures/pedicures and not only rarely liking them, but usually walking out with painful cuticles from people rushing and not being careful, I asked a friend that does nails professionally what tools she recommended. She sent me a link for this and I’m so happy I grabbed it! It does a great job! I’m sure I will need additional bits but this does the job of much more expensive nail drills.

My daughter got her comotology license a few months back and really enjoys doing acrylic and gel nails. She does her own finger and toe nails. They actually look really good. The more she practices the more comfortable she gets and each set she gets better and better. I got her this electric cordless nail file as a gift for her getting her license. She uses it quite often and loves it. The teddy bear shaped stand that holds all the different drill tips is super convenient. I finally got her a gift that she uses and actually likes. This is definitely worth the few extra dollars it costs.

I bought it almost 3 months ago and I used it less than 5 times and a couple of days ago I went to use it and it didn't work, I thought the battery had run out, so I put it on charge but it didn't work anymore, I wanted to get a guarantee but amazon tells me that the time for returns with amazon has already expired, and that they could contact the manufacturer if the product came with a guarantee paper. By God, if you buy it through Amazon, there should be a guarantee that requires the manufacturer to respond for the product, it is only 3 months old. Ultimately, this product is garbage. As additional information, I bought this drill because a friend of mine had just acquired it and to her surprise I called her to tell her that it was damaged and she told me that hers was the same. conclusion this does not work is rubbish, do not waste your money.

I have been using this drill for over 2 months now and I haven’t had any issues. The battery life is pretty decent I only really have to charge it like once a week if I want to change my color up or rebalance a set every two weeks. I do like to change my colors pretty often so you could see how filing the first layer off of my extensions could take a little bit of time. The clip on the back is pretty sturdy. The only thing I don’t like is the drill holder itself that can be attached to either side of the drill depending if your a lefty or a righty isn’t very deep so the drill handle has some room to move around. If the holder itself was a little deeper and longer the drill would be a 5/5.UPDATE:03/24/2022(I was just looking through my reviews and figured I’d give an update)Still have this drill and it’s going strong. I use this regularly on myself and my clients. I don’t use the bits that come with this. I don’t like that “diamond dust” feel and there just plain out cheap. I highly suggest if your new in the nail game, to invest in some good drill bits. I personally use ceramics I find on Amazon because they always have really great bulk deals. I’ve bought 2 bulks that come with like 7 bits each and I’ve had no issues exchanging brands. The charge life is super long being if I start on Monday with a full charge(which is 4 lights lit up on the face) I won’t have to charge it again for about 10 days. Granted, I use this drill multiple times throughout the week so if your not taking clients or using it for shaping your press ons, the charge life will last longer. I wasn’t taking many clients when I first got the drill, and I had it for 6 weeks use on myself before it officially was completely dead. You won’t be disappointed!!

I'm currently using this drill for my nail class. I recently brought it last October and it was very useful for me a new beginner, However, after a couple of times of using it, I realize it blank out and didn't work anymore. I reach out to supplier who spoke to me about the issued I encounter, they didn't resend me a new one which I am grateful for. I would purchase from this supplier again. As their service was excellent in customer service and also resending which got to me on time.

Now 1 year later still works like new!The company contacted me and sent me a new 1 and sent it fast. It's been a good 6mo of consistent use and it's still going strong and the battery lasts quite a while as well. I must say it is the 1st time I've had a company contact me after a bad review and I'm pretty impressed on how much they care and back their product. I'd definitely purchase from them again!Stopped working after only 3 months....coincidentally right when their warranty/replacement ended. I was happy with it before that, but I don't wanna buy a new 1 every 3 months. Disappointed!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my travel nail kit (to do clients nails in their homes) and I'm not disappointed! You'll see in the video that it's quite powerful. I doubt I'd use it beyond 10,000 rpm for example. I tried it to remove a thick acrylic with a coarse sanding band at 6,000 and it filed it right off super quickly. The teddy bear bit holder is super-adorable and I changed out some of the cheap diamond bits for my more expensive ceramic bits. All around a great find for the price! If you're Canadian you're not going to get a better deal on .ca, believe me- I own 4 drills now. Even with exchange and because of the discount, it was well under $50C.
