This ripe puer tea cake was made in March 2016 from our small arbor tea garden from Dachao Mountain, Lincang, Yunnan, China. It is made of one bud with one leaf and one bud with two leaves. After 10 months storage, we sell in 2017. Brewing Puerh Tea: To make tea must control the water temperature 90℃ to 100℃, which greatly affect the aroma and tasty of the tea soup. Generally, 3-5 grams tea properly with 150 milliliters water, and the proportion of tea to water between 1:50-1:30. The first brewing for washing the tea, warming the tea ware and releasing the tea aroma, i.e., pour out the boiled water immediately for the first time. The speed must be quick so that the taste of the tea soup can be prevented from influence. While really starting, about a minute the tea soup can be poured into the public cup, and then continue the second. With more times, the time can be prolonged slowly, from 1 minute to a few minutes gradually, which can keep the even density of tea soup.

It could taste strong and light depends on how much you break the amount you want each time.
The tea tastes really good. You will need a fork or a tool to break the amount you desire each time to make your tea. The size was smaller than I thought compare to a typical one that my dad usually gets from somewhere else. I thought that was the standard size.But I could be wrong. Different types of puer may size differently. Overall, I am happy with my second purchase from this seller.

Taste just like the tea in China
Tasted way much better than Lipton, especially when you reuse the tea for the third or forth times. Definitely will stick with this brand in future. And the seller is very nice to help and patient to explain any concerns.
