Good support and well designed
I was having back issues and this chair is a major improvement over the one I had.It offers good support to my back and is sufficiently adjustable that both myself at 5'10" and my wife at 5'4" can use it if we want. I really like the single handle adjustment system.I did replace the castors with roller blade type ones but I was very impressed with the wheals that came with the chair. They were large and smooth but I had the others on my old chair so I swapped them anyway.I like it better than an older Herman Miller chair (we got it used and I think it was the wrong size) we had and same AMQ ones I've tried.I like the mesh and find it comfortable. I do wish the head rest came up higher.I recommend this chair and would buy it again.

Fell apart within a few years
I bought this thing in 2018 for several hundred dollars. When it first arrived, I was missing a bolt, so I had to send the entire thing back just to get the bolt I needed. Missing an essential part should've been more than enough for me to just send it back and skip this, but I guess I'm not always the brightest and thought for the price it had to be quality. The thing is certainly heavy enough to make you think it has to be sturdy.A couple of years into owning it, one of the bolts on one of the arms snaps. I could stand to lose a few pounds, but I'm not that heavy and I wasn't rough with the thing. I weigh about 200lbs and have for forever now. I easy out the bolt and manage to find one of about the right proportions to get it to keep the arm on. It's not easy because of how the hole is designed, which doesn't allow a socket, but where there's a will there's a way.Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, and the entire back falls off. Every one of the 4 bolts holding it on snaps. I know I don't have 4 more of these things lying around, and it's such a pain to drill into these things so I can get them out. I'm way disappointed with this. This was not a cheap chair. The chair I used before this I think was less than $200 and it's still fine even with much heavier use.

As good as HM Aeron
I've sat in a lot of chairs. This one is as feature packed as a fully loaded Herman Miller Aeron but half the price. Conversely, it is twice the price of a Staples Hyken or Ikea Markus, but I believe that with the Aeron as it's contemporary it is a better, if not the best, value.Once assembled it may take some dialing-in to get the ergonomics just right for you but once you've found it it's a lovely feeling. The mesh is firm, but forgiving enough to feel floaty which is something I absolutely adore. Keep in mind, this is a different model from the Eurotech ErgoHuman. The Ergo Elite is slightly smaller in seat width and depth, has different control mechanisms, additional armrest width control, and a slightly different design. If you are over 6' or over 190lbs, you probably want to consider the ErgoHuman instead of the Ergo Elite. If you're a smaller person, I highly recommend this one.My one small gripe is that the armrest controls do not lock, so if you grip firmly onto the armrests and lift yourself out of the seat the armrests may move. A small gripe because everything else about this chair is really, really good.Back and neck support is great. The soft rolling casters are also very gentle on my bamboo floor. It might not be the most stylish chair in the world, but I'll take this over a non-supportive gaming chair like Secret Lab or the outrageously priced Aeron any day of the week.

Great for not tall people.
So I had high hopes for this chair. It's hard to find something that's fits my size. I'm 6' 4" and 215lbs, tall and NOT wide. I had read that this chair is great for tall people, and it may be great for tall-ish, but not 6' 4". The seat height is about 3/4" short, or more if your wearing shoes, and the head/neck support is about 1" low.I really like it other than it being just a bit short and it's among the best chairs I have tried. My wife can change it to fit her perfectly, but she is only 5' 2".

Adjustable but a Very Firm Chair
This is a high quality chair. It's my fault though as when I looked at the photo here, I thought that the seat was cushioned. It is a mesh seat and very hard. There are a million adjustments and you can situate every piece to your liking. However, the lumbar piece is also the same mesh and hurts the back after leaning into it for a while. There is a fully leather version of this chair for just a few dollars more. I think that may be a better option if you're looking for plush vs. firm.4/26 - Raising this to 4 stars. I've realized that you need to really sit into this chair vs. avoiding the firmness, if that makes sense.6/11 - As far as comfort, I still would leave this chair as a 4 start. However, it's developed and annoying squeak when I lean back. I think it's the back bolster but need to do a little more testing. Moving it down to 3 stars.

Best Chair EVER
It has been 2 years now since I purchased this chair. It is by far the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. Not only does the mesh keep you cool in the summer, but it is a strong, durable, and comfortable all at the same time. There are so many ways to personalize the chair to your needs. The only thing I could ever imagine complaining about is how easy the arms move/slide - but not to a point where it doesn't work...would love it more if it was more notched and not as fluid. Other than that...I highly recommend this chair for anyone that sits 8+ hours a day. I work from home and game at night...I sit in this at least 12 hours a day.
