This is enough to fully charge my 2020 M1 MacBook Air (~50 Wh) 1.5 times, theoretically; but due to with charging losses, I can only really charge it from 0% to 90% but this might be because I am also using the computer at the same time and given the charge rate (100W), the computer thinks it's plugged into the wall so it can pull more power for performance. Very happy with this, I can charge my laptop at 65-100W. The only thing is if you are using this as a constant power source, such as for a camera or a phone that is completely dead, be aware that plugging in another device to the battery disconnects and reconnects all other devices. This is probably more of a USB-PD limitation since it has to change the voltages it can provide, but it's still a little annoying.
