Bought this primarily to charge the Steam Deck when traveling, but its fast become our default power bank. Compact , light weight and powerful, it fits comfortably in a backpack and will charge multiple devices quickly. highly recommend it

I bought this for vacation use. I tend to go off on day long adventures and want to make sure I have plenty of power to have a fully charged phone since I’m away from home and usually don’t know my way around. It’s been working well and came in handy not to long ago. I went for a hike without charging my phone fully like an idiot. After 3 hours of hiking I look at my phone and see that it’s at 5%. I had the charger and was perfectly fine. After taking by a break to charge my phone and use the phone to route a different way back so I could see as much as I could. I also always have this charged incase of a power outage. I’ve had to use it twice for that purpose so far. It’s nice when the power goes out and I can still watch some Netflix or Hulu while going to sleep.

I just received this powerbank. And it is quite nice. Although I feel the plastic will scratch very easily. One thing I would like to note is the recommended charger for the powerbank is minimum 65W or 3.25A --- 20V. Which I believe is an important detail that could easily be missed.

This is the best power bank I’ve had and it was also a great price, even if it wasn’t on sale I’d still buy it. Also I don’t remember if it was on sale, it charges my phone and my Switch 2 with more than enough power and some left over after fully charging both. I have an iPhone 17. It also charges my MacBook Air just as good.

Powers Dell laptop that needs 130watts runs it for about 1% every 2 mins. So dead after about 2 hours. But buys u some time if laptop dies while unplugged. Quick to charge

Works great! It's light, not too big and charges fast! Charging the power bank itself does take a little bit of time but charging my phone was super quick! It is marketed as a 20k watt battery but from testing it feels more like a 10k watt battery. As it only charges my phone 2 times from 0-100 before I have to recharge it.

⭐ 1/5 — Defective Unit. Do Not Buy. I purchased this power bank well in advance of an upcoming trip — thankfully, because dealing with this product has been a frustrating waste of time. When it arrived, it came with 40% battery as stated in the instructions, so I used it down to zero before charging it for the first time. Even during that initial use, I noticed it would randomly stop charging my devices, but I assumed it needed a full cycle to work properly. When I went to recharge it, the problems became impossible to ignore. Every 3 minutes, it would stop charging — drop from 70+ watts down to almost nothing — and cut off completely. I tested it with multiple wall adapters including a brand new 100W Anker GaN charger. Same result every time. It took 3 to 4 days just to get the power bank to 85% charge. That alone is unacceptable for a 100W fast-charging product. Once charged, I tried using it to charge my laptop and phone simultaneously — it would prioritize the phone and drop the laptop. Charging the laptop alone, it would cut off every few minutes without explanation. The display showed an "ICP" (Input Current Protection) error repeatedly, which indicates a defective charging chip. I tested with multiple cables — including the original UGREEN cable — and multiple outlets throughout my home. The problem persisted across every single combination. This is a defective unit with a faulty PD chip. After researching, I discovered that Anker makes far more reliable products in this category with guaranteed compatibility. I am returning this and will not purchase UGREEN power banks again. Save yourself the frustration.

J'ai des batteries externes mais celle là est de loin la meilleure. Je l'utilise pour ma ROG Ally et franchement elle dépote. Avec ses 100W, elle fait tourner ma machine à pleine puissance et la recharge en jeu en prime. De plus, en faisant un appui long sur l'unique bouton à côté de l'écran, elle passe en mode charge d'entretien, utile pour les petits appareils nécesitant une charge quotidienne comme les montres ou les écouteurs. Avec ses 3 sorties (1 USB A et 2 USB-C) on peut recharger 3 appareils en même temps. Très pratique donc.

Brilliant Power Bank which, unlike others I have bought previously, actually powers up my laptop as well as my phones. It is compact, reliable and very fast to charge and discharge. Very worthwhile and I would definitely recommend this one.

I've owned a lot of charging accessories over the years, but this is one of the few that has earned a permanent spot in both my travel bag and my work bag.
