These vitamins have increased my energy levels. I feel amazing with them. No taste and easy to swallow. They are inexpensive and good quantity for the price. My go to brand nature wise for any supplements. They tend to stick together but a good shake does the job. Store in a cool location and make sure when delivered that they dont stay outside in hot weather for a long time.

I like these because they do not have that strong, harsh vitamin smell that a lot of B-complex tablets have. That alone makes them much easier for me to take consistently. I wanted a great B complex vitamin. I am happy with the product. It seems to be absorbed and I dont feel like I am just urinating it out. I wanted a liquid gel and I got it. The product arrived and all of the gel caps were clumped together. Getting them apart is very hard. I am really surprised that the company did not put a moisture absorption cap inside like other products. I am happy with the product, just not the packing of the gel caps.

I like these vitamins. Easy to sallow and digest. No side effects. Capsules are bit sticky but overall worth the price.

Well.. I'm not sure how to describe this accurately. I'm extremely anemic and the doctor suggested this as an OTC help. I take along with a regiment of other supplements. I can say for the price and ease, I like these. My numbers are much better so I'll keep using them.
