Amazon and it’s partners should be fined for manufacturing RUBBISH and sending it all around the World simply to end up on landfill sites. Purchased this after buying a pack of 5 leads that also did not work from Amazon. Figured maybe my phone input was to blame (because you surely couldn’t buy 5 cables and have non of them work - but that is the world we live in - the blame lies with Amazon for not doing any quality checks. They have an obligation at this stage to stop enabling sales of RUBBISH MANUFACTURED SIMPLY TO CREATE A TRANSACTION AND SEND USELESS PRODUCTS TO WORLDWIDE LOCATIONS THAT HAVE TO THEN SEND THE RUBBISH PRODUCT TO TRAVEL TO LANDFILL SITES. Do not buy - it is rubbish not fit for purpose. Does not work. Now I have to choose which bin to put it into. Amazon - do not support manufacturers of Rubbish! Amazon - provide quality checks or remove the seller. Amazon should be fined for the huge amounts of literal RUBBISH sold on their site.

Do not buy, in first attempt it did not keep the drink warm, and in second attempt it didn't work at all. No instruction, quality is not poor, there is NO quality. Not worth a penny.

It worked great for about 5-10 mins then wouldn’t work when the cup was half empty and then my husband made me another cup of tea and put it on it and it didn’t work at all and we changed the usb slot on my laptop and it just doesn’t do anything at all now, so it’s just a waste of time, I didn’t use it until today and I bought it at the end of April and now it’s past the return time so I can’t even get a replacement or return it now! So I’m really not impressed! I certainly won’t be buying this one again!

The warmer came on for about 10mins when I placed my first coffee on it today at work. It didn’t keep my coffee warm even though there was very slight heat coming from the cup warmer. The second time I tried it the sensor button had stopped working so it wouldn’t even come on. I tried my best to get it working again but it’s in the bin now.
