Easy to use and worth the money

We originally tried one of these at my daughter’s martial arts studio and decided to buy this one for home practice. We’ve had it for about two weeks now and she’s working on improving her balance. This is such a simple but effective tool. It arrived quickly and was ready to use right out of the box. The design is straightforward, but don’t underestimate it — standing on one foot is more challenging than it looks. The surface has good grip, and it feels sturdy and stable while still giving enough movement to really engage the ankle. One night I had her turn on a show and stand on each foot for five minutes at a time. It turned into an easy, low-pressure way to build ankle strength and improve balance without it feeling like a formal workout. My husband and I have both used it too, and it’s surprisingly tough even for adults. For the price, it’s a great addition if you have kids in sports, martial arts, dance, or even just want to improve balance at home. Simple product, but very effective. It does seem a bit cheaply made and possibly breakable so we’ll see how long it lasts!

I am a Dr of Physical Therapy and I ordered this product to aid my patients with ankle weakness and instability. It is very durable and the Velcro is super strong. We use this almost every day to help improve plantar fasciitis and ankle sprains. Great value and great product
