Great Energy Supplement - can support a caffeine free lifestyle
I decided I needed to get off caffeine, not because I was having problem but because I felt caffeine was something I ascribed to when I was in high school and I never second guessed it. Now I’m much older and the truth is caffeine is a drug our society has normalized, and the fact is, our body’s can produce more than enough energy on their own. And on my journey of being caffeine free I decided to explore things like Rhodiola, plant based sources that support the natural function of the body’s energy. In my experience Rhodiola is great! It’s a wonderful alternative to caffeine; it wakes me up; brings alertness; starts my metabolism on an empty stomach. It’s great, I will most likely purchase Rhodiola again, especially from Zazzee. Actually I discovered Zazzee through searching for Rhodiola. I appreciate that they are certified organic and their prices are inexpensive or considerably reasonable for product and quantity. I highly recommend Rhodiola as a great drug-free energy alternative. I am 9 months free of caffeine!!! And I will never go back! It’s sincerely much more empowering to be free of caffeine, especially in having familiarity with the body’s natural energy cycle and flow throughout the day, week, and month. Rhodiola from Zazzee was a great way to help jump start my caffeine free journey. Go for it!

Beginning review
After less than a month of use, not sure if I feel a difference yet, need more time. Easy to swallow. No side effects noted. No bad after taste. Update: noticing calmer and less reactive to stressful situations. Mood swings decreased. Feel more relaxed. Even had a patient’s family member tell me ‘ I can tell you’re a seasoned nurse, you sure are calm’ in the stressed situation we were in about a health issues her mother was having. 😊

So far have not seen any changes but will give it more time. Still in a stressful environment so may take longer to see cortisol levels drop.
