I wanted heavier duty hinges for my 3/4" plywood door (which is quite heavy, even though only 3' wide by 2' high). Because the door's so wide and not proportionally as high, there's going to be a bit more stress on the hinges. So I wanted good, heavy, hinges that could take the weight for years to come. These do not disappoint by appearance: made of heavy metal stock with a good heavy bearing pin. I got two 2packs, 4 hinges in all, since the door was heavier and I thought I'd better use 3 hinges. As it was it only took two to complete the job, these are so strong. Rather than return a pack (of 2) I gave it to our neighbor who also has an even larger door to his crawl space (3' by 3'). I thought he may need them some day as his door currently has similar rusty smaller hinges like mine that broke. I'm sure two will be enough even for his bigger heavy door.

Good looks, sturdy construction. My go-to hinges for wooden fence gates.

Good solid hinge. Screws were a bit soft and easily stripped. A little movement in the hinge side-to-side between the two sides, but overall did a good job in my application.

Replaced 3 old rusty T hingles with these solid, shining, square ones, at half the price delivered. No more tilt on the gate and it open/close without noise. Very happy with these new hinges.

The hinge itself is solid, but the supplied screws are not strong enough. 2 of them broke while simply screwing them in, leaving the body of the screw in the wood and making it virtually impossible for me to get the broken screws out to replace them. So while the hinge should have a total of 9 screws holding it in place, now I only have 7 holding up my large wooden gate. Not good! If you buy this, I would replace the included screws with solid wood screws

No complaints; strong, heavy-duty product. Would buy again if needed.
