Great product, works well
This is very easy to set up and see what you bought. You need to get the streaming subscription to go along with it (stableiptv) and once installed, you will have access to thousands of items.Picture quality is very clear!Only downside I’ve seen so far which could be on my part- volume control on unit is low. Meaning I need to use two remotes to set volume while using this box. It’s not an issue if I set the tv volume up and then control through the box remote but took me a minute to figure it out.

10 months old and stopped working
I have had issues with unit six months into installation and after 10 months it stopped working so it would say I’m disappointed with this product not sure about any warranty or return policy on this item it’s only 10 months old

Good device
Works well. The remote control is effective and easy to use but lacks the "VOD/LIVE" button which some service providers configure their setup to rely on. The "home" button is too close to the down arrow key and likely to be mistakenly pressed. The wifi connectivity is good. I've used it for a month so far and works well.

Set Top Box with poor software!
I would not buy this Set Top Box. The only reason I bought it is it was cheaper. But you get what you pay for! I returned the first one I purchased because it's programming was so bad that it would freeze when launching half the apps. It would require a hard reboot every time. I replaced it and the second one doesn't freeze, but one problem replaced with a different one. This time, the problem is with powering up. When you power up it turns on and then shutdown (turning the TV off with it) then you gotta repeat the powering up process a second time and hope you don't have to do it a third time ( sometimes - 30% of the time+ you have to restart a 3 time). It got 1 star because after it starts up it seems to work fine. But if you have the option, buy a different brand Set Top Box!
