Good for sensitive lips
I have sensitive skin and can react to a lot of different products. Avene is one of the only brands I don't really have reactions to, and when I had a compromised skin barrier on my lips I used this to repair it. It's a really nice consistency, it's not too heavy and is easy to reapply throughout the day.

Heals irritated lips because of zinc content
I was finding all of my higher range lip balms were irritating my lips and was getting desperate to find something to heal them without a Drs appointment. I read the contents of this and it included zinc, which I know is quite healing- thinking of babies bottom ointments!It comforted my lips immediately and healed them in a few days.
