Works good and easy to install. Does require retire to remove ballast.

Does not work. Do not buy.
Installed the bulbs and they just dimly flicker. Tried in multiple fixtures with the same result. Also note that this item is fulfilled by a third party seller, not Amazon, so if you have a problem you're at their mercy. (still fighting over my return authorization)

Bright, however they buzz when using a dinner.
I love the brightness of these and ability to change temperature. However, I wanted to use them with a tp link dimmer switch for my office. They dim as expected, just make a loud buzzing sound. Fixture is properly bypassed for LED. Will test with a standard dimmer and see if the buzzing persists.

Easy installation with adjustable brightness
The ability to select different light intensities on the individual tubes is great. I no longer have to predetermine if the lighting should be warm, soft, bright, daylight, etc. before purchase. Retrofitting my old florescent fixtures with the LED bulbs was simple if you've done it before, but removing the old ballast transformer and directly wiring the bulb sockets could have used a diagram and instructions with the LED bulbs for first time installers.

Definitely make sure you have T5 fixtures
I'll admit, I looked at these and ordered them thinking that I was ordering T12s. I was pretty disappointed when they came in until I remembered the lights in the garage over my workbench took T5s. I immediately went out to the garage & rewired around the ballasts in the light fixtures and installed these bulbs. My workbench area is so bright now, I found 3 10mm sockets!

Very dim even at 6500 lumens. Doesn’t even compare to 6500 fluorescent bulbs

I ordered the wrong thing
So I thought I have T5 lights... But mine are T12. That being said, I was determined to review these. So I looked up the documentation for this (it was provided!) and looked to see how to properly wire them. They take straight AC power, which tells me the inverter is built in so you can't use the ballast, and are labeled which power legs they take in the documentation. They are bright. They are adjustable. They seem accurate to all of their advertising. If I could use them properly I would. I'm currently trying to figure out how to make a T5 fixture to properly use them.
