Color is excellent. Agree with other reviews about difficulty with tangling. This is not at all the quality of true Brazilian Embroidery floss, so if that is what you are expecting, I do not recommend.

Very crisp and dry and sticks to everything. Not that bad to work with once you've gotten it untangled though.

Beautiful threads but terrible way to package them. I’ve wasted entire bundles of this already due to how awful and tangled it gets

I find the silk threads difficult to use however they look great when they are used.

Colors are very pretty but not able to thread in a needle. Do not buy this embroidery floss.

This product tangles VERY easily. It needs to be on a spool.

These are beautiful silk threads that come in 8 different shades. They are soft to the touch and have a beautiful shine to them. You do have to unwind them for ease of use and wind them onto floss bobbins. It is a great set for embroidery or the now popular Ronghua/ silk velvet flowers crafts. The colors are numbered and make it easier for identifying and sorting by gradient. In addition, I noticed these are manufactured in Suzhou, China which is renowned for its silk, so I am very happy with the quality of this thread.

Absolutely gorgeous hanks of premium silk embroidery thread. Manufactured ethically, naturally and following traditional principles. Incredible colour and thread quality, looks incredible. the hanks are tied as per regular skiens, so first job is to find each tie and then best to wind onto floss bobbins.

This silk thread is lovely and soft. After googling the difference between this and traditional silk I am so glad to know that this is a cruelty-free fibre. There are seven skeins if thread in a gradient colour pallette of yellows. I haven't unwound any skeins yet but I would recommend winding the thread onto bobbins for easier use and to reduce loss of thread due to tangles.
