Just the right jump rope...worth every penny... I'm 5'6 so I've to adjust the length a little bit, but man oh man..I'm having real fun with this! Just the right amount of weight, not too heavy, not too light. The handles are snug and I can grip with ease, but not anti slip, so if you sweat more in the palms, you might slip the rope. And beware of the rope hitting your toes or back if you miss. I recommend wearing shoes until you get comfortable with it. Other than that I have had zero issues using the rope so far.

Totally unbalanced jump rope . No bearings so the rope does not turn properly and after a few skips gets tangalled. Since there is no refund it's like hit and run business
