Flavourful
It’s good!! But I had expected it to be more spicy and the fermented taste of soybean is very little. Overall good if you are new to such flavours

Tangy over spicy
Gochujang is supposed to be spicy but it tasted tangy. However it's fresh, the package is firm and tight. Indians will never put this on the heat level scale. I have had gochujang before but the spice level of urban platter is very very low. The quality is good though.

The gochujang is very good. The spice level is super and gives the meal a touch of its own. I always end up using it for making Kimchi. It is value for money.

Smell and after taste
If you don't like the taste of honey or jam and have strong taste buds and nose you will definitely not like the taste do not waste money on gochujang i can't handle the smell and aftertaste not suitable for my palate
