If I could give no stars I would. This is made for a very petite person possibly even child size. Gives ZERO neck support. Not advised at all.

This neck brace functions as intended, but I’ve found that it causes discomfort where the bottom plate rests on my chest. It’s suitable for short-term use but wearing it for extended periods can be challenging due to this issue. While it provides decent support, the design could benefit from some adjustments for better comfort.

My husband has Myasthenia Gravis and this works great for him not being able to pick his head up. Only thing is it’s kinda tight on his neck and that’s not adjustable.

Per Temu this one is for a child so if you have a small neck it is ok. Otherwise don't buy it. The grey part irritated and broke out my skin so I'm returning. I say get one that's better quality.

Found out over time I have developed military neck,today's term text neck which it can be corrected. Easy to adjust,study and simple to put on. I've found it be positive influence in the correction of the cervical few days I have used (20 mins a day 10 weeks) my goal according to physicians. I feel my head lifting like a man walking with his head hung high 🤙
