It’s is super easy to use. We tested it on ovens that were previously calibrated and the readings were spot on. Highly recommend.

A must-have for pizza oven owners
Getting a proper crust and balanced cook in a wood fired oven requires a close eye on temps. You cannot rely on the built in thermometer. Too hot and the crust is toast, too cold and it is gummy. This is made specifically to help inform you when the oven is at the proper temp. I have had very consistent results since I got the thermometer.

This thing is perfect it. It is awesome when used on the oomi pizza oven but could be usedOn anything where you are wanting an accurate reading. It gives the temp in the oven not the temp of a piece of meat etc. It works brilliantly.

The digital display is nice and sleek. It does what it's supposed to, it just takes it to the next level. Your friends and family will know that you aren't playing around when your thermometer has a computer screen on it!

Broken in 4 months
Stopped working after just 4 months. Only used it like 4 times in that period. Tried replacing batteries and everything but no joy. It worked great while it was functional.
