its actually fun to use
this is a item took the scary out of floor finishing . I've never finish a floor in my life and so I started doing a bit of research and found that you no longer needed a big mop and bucket to be carrying around finish (wax) and so I gave it a shot item arrived longer that what I expected but it finally did super easy to put together it holds up to 1 gallon of finish (nice!) note: I had to buy separately a pack of microfiber applicators to apply floor finish.It has velcro on the bottom of the mop so you can replace it with any type of pad. the backpack is well made and strong but most important comfortable people this is key trust me. Now to be honest I was more interested in the 3M BRAND but after comparing and only basing my opinion on what I found online I felt comfortable making this purchase and its way CHEAPER. So to me ,worked perfect.

Drill out the top connector.
Used it to apply wax on large spaces. The wax would coagulate on the top application tab, so we drilled it out and have never had another problem since. The flow is controlled on the bottom anyway, and 5 years later we are still using it to apply about 130,000 square feet of wax a year.

Makes laying down wax easy!
This has been a lifesaver and a huge timesaver! We used to dip a mop into a five gallon pail of wax and then mop it around. I can wax the hallways and classrooms in 1/3 the time!

Repair parts are unavailable
The system works fine and does create a more efficient process. However it is not a $400 product and there are no replacement parts available. The flow control gets gummed up, but can not be replaced as it is unavailable. We lost the red cap and that part also can not be replaced. I like Rubbermaid products but they are not repairable.

Excited but then disappointed.
We were so excited to use this making life easier while cleaning our business floors! But ended up disappointed. After 7th use, cleaning solution kept getting stuck as to not coming out at all. We followed all directions and rules...The 5th use time it took 40 mins for it to come out. The 6th use time it took 30 mins, and the 7th use time it would not come out at all! It was so frustrating and annoying. We wasted so much time trying to get it to work. Also when it did work it leaves streaks on the floor when dried....yes know not to use too much product or leave too wet. Manufacturer needs to fix this as this is a major problem. Other than that it would be great.
