Product works well, but as others have noted the cord is very short. The mask itself is comfortable. There needs to be more options for the timing and heating mechanism.

The padding around the eyes is so thick, the heated part does not touch the eyes unless pressed against them. The connection position is helpful; not next to the face.

I had the previous model of this eyemask and used it with a portable USB battery for extra mobility. It lasted a good while! This one? It heats up initially but then turns off after a minute. Actually useless for intended purpose.

Liked this mask. Had always used the type you use in the microwave. This one is gentler on the eyes, and also has an inbuilt timer. Does the job, would recommend Can change heat level, I use highest but can adjust to individual taste
