Best coffee warmer ever... with one caveat
This thing is awesome. Three settings each with a different light color so it is obvious which temp it is set to. One button turns the light off if you don't want it. It has a timer so it will shut off automatically if you forget to and it displays the temp. Big as well for any size item. And looks great.Although I still gave it 5 stars I have one big complaint. It needs a cooler setting. At the coolest setting (130), the coffee is too hot after awhile. I have to turn it off and on to regulate the temp. My old one wasn't hot enough so better too hot than not hot enough!

Keeps my drink HOT
I love this mug warmer, and it actually works! It is sleek looking, but large enough to put a bowl on if you needed to heat some soup or similar. I use it to keep my coffee and tea hot. It has 3 settings, and the highest heat setting keeps my drink at the perfect temperature (like it was freshly made). It also has a timer setting, so you can automatically set when it will shut off. I ranted and raved about it so much my mom bought one. It’s an integral part of my office now.

Love it
I love this warmer. It heats up really hot and holds my hot drinks for as long as I want. I am a sipper so it takes me a long time to drink a cup of tea or coffee. Different temperature settings are quite handy. It could be dangerous near children due to the heat. It does the job well. Fo me it’s worth the money.

Easy-to-use, and keeps my coffee hot!
This mug warmer is reasonably compact and attractive, and is simple and easy to use. I like the LED lights that let me know whether it is powered on, as well as displaying the temperature setting (based on the color). The three temperature settings are reasonable -- I usually use the "medium" setting. I haven't used the timer function yet. I just shut it off when I finish my coffee.

(stop shopping) 3rd Brand of Coffee Warmers, 1st one that WORKS
Does everything as you would expect. Buttons are great, functionality, options to choose from. Please don't change the product. Couple of tips from an old guy that likes hot coffee:- Standard coffee cups have CONCAVE bottoms, so you want to cover your coffee cup. I have tried 3 warmers now, and my "favorite mug" will still lose heat with any desktop mug-warmer other than my STOVE. I spent a lot of money on a stainless, flat-bottom mug, but its not as big as I would like, and I still like my 30-year-old Dad Mug anyway. I am using the thermal lid that came with that product, and I'm very happy.- (just saying) if you were to buy a flat-bottom mug, and use a LID for the cup, you will probably not be able to drink your coffee on the highest setting of this product. It is that hot.- If you take your coffee seriously, and you get this product, you will want a PAD of some sort under this product. It is a heater, it is excellent, and it sits 1/8" off of your desk. Your desk will get hot. I put 1/8" plexiglass/plastic under mine and my desk still gets hot. I will buy sticky feet to raise that plexi, 1/8" off of my desk also.- When I'm halfway done with my coffee, I can discard the lid, because the warmer will suffice on highest setting. I like my coffee to be hot. Sipping hot. With the lid on, coffee is low in my cup (easier to heat), and set at 150 degrees (middle setting) I can sip my coffee carefully, and enjoy it.- When my cup is less than 1/2-way full, and a lid is on my cup, I can only barely sip the coffee at 176 degrees, and its not enjoyable. Very good problem to have.- If you have a flat-bottom coffee cup, many heater-products can keep your coffee at a temperature that you like.I have 2 other warmers, both with great customer reviews, but without a lid none of them are great. This is the best one I have found, and with a LID, it works too well. I've finally found a way to drink coffee over 30 minutes. I'm buying another one for my other desk.

The price of warm...
It keeps liquid warm, but there is a price to pay. For me, this replaces one that was smaller but did not keep liquids adequately warm. It loses points for design:Too big. The standard coffee mug is dwarfed sitting on this, and it can slide around instead of being held in place by a smaller pad with sills. I suppose if you want to keep a bowl of soup warm, this will do the job. It also just takes up a lot of desk space.Bad button placement. Buttons are on the side instead of top. First, makes them hard to read and see. Second, you have to use one hand to hold the unit in place while using the other to push the button. Buttons on top require only one hand as you're using downward force.Energy usage. The tech specs indicate this can use up to 36 watts, presumably on the highest setting. That can add up over time. Small computers these days are using around 20 watts or less at idle.Functionally, it is satisfactory. I've measured the mid-range setting (150 degrees F.) and it will consistently keep the liquid (tea in my case) at or above 130 degrees F. The cup warmer I had to replace would let liquid cool to 110 degrees F. or less.I rate this adequate, but I'd like to see more functional design.

Great
This is just what I needed, Ipreviously had a Salton, but this one is 150% better, keeps your coffee just like it came out of the machine, love the 3 temps, at 175 if I forgot my coffee on the counter and it’s gotten just warm I can put it on the coffee warmer at 175 and it will be hot again in no time, the 150 setting is perfect for keeping at the same temperature while you’re drinking it whether it’s 15 min or one hour, and I use the 130 temperature setting when the cup gets down to a quarter full and then I’ll turn it down to 130 my personal preference but this is great. Don’t hesitate, I would definitely recommend , I may buy another for the kitchen, as I use this one in the livingroom while watching my morning tv.
