I use it to mill my whole wheat berries to make my own bread and it works very well for the price. You do need to run it through the mill about 3x to get a very fine consistency. And that's ok because I couldn't afford the $400 grain mills at the moment. Plus I was just trying out something new and I think this is a good option to try before spending a ton of money on something you may not end up liking or using too often. Review: Great machine - This is a really hard-working machine. I mill the flour I use to make dog treats and it is very fast. ## Features - 304 STAINLESS STEEL: Greatrue grain mill is made of 304 food gradestainless steel, which is sturdy and durable to ensure the stability and securityof the grain mill - HIGH SPEED MOTOR: Electric spice grinder is equipped with a 2000w highspeed pure copper motor, equipped with grinding blades, rotating blades andpowder removal blades, the triple blade design can easily grind a variety of materials - MULTIFUNCTIONAL GRINDER: Easily grinds a variety of dry substances, including grains (wheat, corn, rice, soybeans), spices (chili, cinnamon, bay leaf, pepper), herbs (dried basil, mint, parsley) and coffee beans. Examine the carbon brush—replace it when it's too short or has no elasticity. Close the cover, plug in the power, and press the air overload switch. **Q: How should I clean this machine? Can I rinse it with water?** A: Disconnect power before cleaning. Do not rinse with water or use sharp tools – wipe with a dry cloth. Must clean to prevent residue buildup in the inner compartment, which could reduce performance in subsequent use. **Q: I don't know how long it will take to grind it** A: Through repeated trials, we’ve discerned a key truth: no matter the substance being ground, its transformation need never stretch beyond three minutes—indeed, it can reach perfection in under two. **Q: What causes that peculiar scent when the machine is first put to use?** A: Powered by a carbon brush motor, this machine may emit an odor due to its hardness when used for the first time; grinding rice or tea first can eliminate such a smell. **Q: There are sparks and smoke during use, what should l do?** A: Check if abrasive material exceeds two-thirds of the container (do not fill) or working time over 3 minutes. If not, but sparks/smoke persist, check damaged carbon brushes, tighten both sides, then restart. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great! *by J***. on December 21, 2025* I love this little grain mill/spice grinder!
