Perfect. Just what I needed! Much better and cheaper than music apps. Nice detailed book, with practice exercises additional videos online. Everything is clearly marked and explained. I just ordered 3th one.

What a lovely and easy to follow book. I’m an adult going back to the piano after many years and this book is a great start. So easy to understand and very well laid out. The online exercises can be accessed online and are very helpful.

These books are so easy to follow for absolute beginners. Combined with the videos that accompanies the series, it makes the instructions clear. Definitely a good choice in my opinion as a step to step guide.

Very easy to follow and great videos to complement the lessons

This is such a well thought out approach for Adult Beginners learning to play piano! There are daily lessons to dive into which take you seamlessly through things like arpeggios, chord progressions etc with songs to learn to help drive home the lessons. Interspersed with this are short profiles of major composers that help broaden your enjoyment of music. There are also links to video lessons to support the daily lessons. A truly comprehensive and exciting piano book!

Wow! What a fantastic book, very well written and easy to understand and more importantly follow. Such a good find, if anyone is thinking of taking up the piano, I would say this is probably one of the best books you will find.

Having built out a solid foundation in Vol 1, this book moves onto new learnings to allow for you to continue to develop on your piano journey. Another great book for the adult beginner 🙂

Das Buch führt genau wie Band 1 Schritt für Schritt durch den Lernprozess. Am Ende stehen immer nachvollziehbare Ergebnisse. Das Buch richtet sich wie Band 1 an den Erwachsenen, aber auch etwas ältere Kinder sollten damit ohne weiteres zurechtkommen. Ich bin froh, diese beiden Bücher entdeckt zu haben.

I've been trying to learn piano on and off for the last couple of years and always run into problems with music theory. All of a sudden the entire process becomes so complicated. This book is so simply laid out and has really been very helpful in helping me to understand basic concepts. I accidentally bought volume 2 first, but was so impressed with the layout, simplicity and clear explanations, I went back and bought the first one as well. This book has small bite-size amounts of information to help you practice piano each day without getting overwhelmed. I’ve gone through several piano/music theory books and this is so easy to understand especially if you have no background in music.

I'd recommend it to adults wanting to get into the rhythm of learning to play from scratch.
