Ha.. 🤭 Fairtex manufacture some of the best kickboxing/boxing equipment you can get, so would highly recommend this punchbag. I went online and ordered specialist punchbag filling, see below for details. You can always use cut up old clothes etc instead, but I wanted to do it properly. I also bought a 5” diameter, 1.5m length of ventilation plastic tubing, which I duct-taped both ends after filling with 15kgs of play pit sand I bought from Argos for £5. This adds rigidity to the bag and will ensure the bag maintains its shape better. It also adds weight to make the bag heavier. I bought 20kg of specialist shredded cloth for £40 + £10 delivery from fightstorepro but you will have to contact them direct for orders. 20 kg of filling with the added weight of sand + tubing filled the 6’ bag adequately.

A: No water

**Q: Hello, which is the exact height of the bag (without belts)**
A: everyone .. can you tell me the overall height with the belts ?

**Q: How many lbs of shredded memory foam will it take to fill the bag?**
A: We apologize but we've never seen anyone use shredded memory foam. It seems too light and may not compact well. What we suggest is use 90-110lbs of sand.

**Q: Is the HB10 good for boxing too?**
A: I have the neon green unfilled 7' banana bag. I like it, its really durable.

Very well made, strong and built to withstand years of abuse. Unlike my marriage!
