Clarks are great fitting true to size shoes
Its hard for me to find shoes that don't cause pain due to a bunion and extra wide feet. These were comfortable from the first wearing with no breaking in time.

Very good quality!
I purchased these first in a wide size, and then realized I needed the extra wide. They've been perfectly awesome work shoes for me. I work in a daycare kitchen, and don't sit down until I get back into my car at the end of my shift. I had tried so many shoes, but they always let me down. Even sketchers. These have helped!

Good fit but hard
This shoe is NOT leather... It is very hard, walking in them is like hitting a stone on the toes. It fits the size and the width, but the inside is very, very hard, as if it had a steel cover ...

True to size. Wide width was perfect.

The width was wonderful.
The size 9 was too long for me, which was OK. But the upper strap was too tight and hurt my instep, I have high insteps so I believe this is not the shoes fault, just how it was the fit with my feet. I also believe that you should order you correct size, as I did with one 1/2 size over what I usually buy.. i hope this helps you.

It's vintage Clarks - enough said
Love Clarks! I need wide shoes and Clarks wide always delivers. For the most part, their construction is second to none and an incredible value. On some newer versions, Clarks went the way of memory foam insoles and that's an unfortunate choice. Memory foam insoles are worthless in my opinion. They don't hold up; and they're biggest benefit is to the manufacturers because they lighten the weight (and shipping) of the shoes. These are the original insole design and like the rest of the shoe, this is a quality pair like I've always come to expect from Clarks. Well done and thank you!
