My workouts include heavy lifting, hiking, light days, recovery days, treadmill and leg days, and body weight workouts, just a variety of everything. In the gym, and at home. I typically use N. O Xlode. But someone told me to try this. He does crossfit and heavy lifting and everything in between. He's a beast. Anyhow, this product taste pretty good, no sour burn. This product lets me do anytype of workout and produce positive results. I sometimes take a full scoop, or half scoop when needed. It's a great pre-workout. And if you send me a free bottle @BPN, I'll promise I'll buy another one!

Flavor is alright, helps me maintain focus and I feel that extra boost of energy to keep going with in half and hour or so.

Taste is pretty good. It seemed to work pretty well at first, but after a few uses my body seems to have adjusted.

Great high quality product, I drink it on my way to the gym usually kicks in within 10 minutes and get me pumped up. 10 out of 10 on Stamina, strength, endurance, and taste. Keeps me going for an hour easily. Highly recommend this product.

Tastes great. No heavy jitters.

This is a limited-edition flavor with what appears to be a street artist named Sloth. The mango flavor is really good. It contains black pepper extract to help with the absorption of the other ingredients. It adds a spicy little kick to the mango flavor, kind of like the chili mango flavor-combo. This pre-workout also has good mental-enhancing ingredients for focus and cognition. Good tingle and stim with only 2.5mg beta alanine. Very much recommended - great job, Nick Bare and Team!

The product is ok. Taste is ok. 334mg of caffeine per serving- wow. No creatine. However, the tingles are strong if you’re even into that poison oak feeling.I’m gonna have to reiterate something to really nail this in. I’m disappointed that a product that costs $43.00+ does NOT have creatine, which is one of, if not THE most scientifically researched supplement proven to improve performance. It does however, have some snake oil nootropic sheyit like club moss and piper nigrum. Whatever TF that is. I don’t really care, because I’m not doing quantum physics while I do bicep curls in the squat rack.In summary, I’m not impressed. I feel like I got swindled, considering ON offers an excellent preworkout that tastes fine and includes 3g creatine, 175mg of caffeine, and 1.5mg of beta alanine (instead of BPNs 3.2mg), and all for under 20$ (It’s $16 right now on Amazon). I will not be purchasing this particular product from BPN again. Way too expensive for what you get.Here is another thing, when you go to serve yourself up some FLIGHT, you will inadvertently inhale a lot of the product. It’s very powdery, which I believe is good for mixing, but it goes into the air, creating a good sized cloud of caffeine dust. Maybe this is something to embrace, idk, but I don’t want to breath my preworkout.This product makes me think twice about purchasing another product from BPN. But maybe I’ll give it another try. Definitely check out Nicks Channel though, he’s got some excellent YouTube videos ; )
