first impressions are pleasing however build quality seems rushed with poor stitching in places around inner netting
Very stylish tent for the price, first impressions are pleasing however build quality seems rushed with poor stitching in places around inner netting, shame there aren't any small pockets inside for personal valuables somewhere to place your torch handy would have given that traditional cared for finish a couple of small nylon pockets would not cost much if anything extra. The outer thick ripstop style shell is durable its toughness adds a longevity feel to the tent but again the flimsy side stitching appears to have been over rushed and threads are left hanging at finishing points, this takes away from the instant appeal. Perhaps I have been unfortunate and landed a lemon so hopefully this is just a one off but a stitch in time saves nine. The overall weight of this tent is ridiculously heavy for a one man and the poles are to blame making your own from fallen woodland foraging would be lighter they weigh a ton. To throw a little thought into the mix some fiberglass poles 'which aren't expensive nowadays' with an added 10-20 pounds on the price tag perhaps would have thrown this beautiful little tent into the stratosphere of best ever sellers. I'm tired of hearing manufacturers whine about keeping costs down when it's obvious 'those costs' are not for the customers benefit, its just my personal viewpoint from experience that when you give the customer exactly what they want it's a win win situation all round I believe they have tried to do this here to some degree however unfortunately let everyone down over a couple of minor details. Having said that I intend to get myself some fiberglass pole and maybe even stitch a pocket myself making this little beauty into the rolls royce of one man tents. Thanks for a great buy.

Currently testing this tent
For the money I think this tent represents very good value . I have not used it extensively but have used it in a very stormy situation (Storm "Frank" in the UK winter of 2015) Also have left it erected in the back garden for a week during which heavy rains fell. There was a slight ingress of moisture but nothing that overly bothered me. I will be using it in more wild camping situations as time unfolds. It seems to stand upto wind very well and was stable even in wind speeds of 60 to 70 mph with no issues.I have made a video of the tent here:https://youtu.be/lm8rsjCf7I0I would prefer the poles to be made from aluminium but they are fibreglass and this lets the tent down a bit. Also the hydrostatic head values are a little low but as I said earlier there has been no leakage of note. This tent is a very worthy purchase when you consider the price. If the upgraded it with ally poles and a better HH I would gladly pay the extra.Welldone Miltec on a good product

Very happy with product
Bought this tent a few weeks back, but wanted to use first before reviewing.I'm just back from 5 nights camping using the tent.Very happy with product, only 2 downsides,1 that the item takes around 3 weeks to arrive, appears to be coming from Northern Ireland, company is Registered in Dublin which was a bit confusing. The tent is small, but perfect length wise for a very tall person,i'm 6ft 4" and there was still space beyond my height, where the smallness is felt is when sitting up to get clothes on.one child walked past my tent with his father and said "why is that big man sleeping in a tiny tent",so you can tell this tent will look small in comparison to most tents, but as i say it is deceiving as there is ample room to actually sleep.I watched a long you tube video, all in German, explaining how to set this tent up,in reality it was far from difficult, you have 2 long poles, the direction you put these in is fairly obvious, and there is one smaller pole, again it is obvious where this goes. The second skin of the tent helpfully clips in to the first skin, smart idea that.I never bothered with all the ropes as i felt the tent was robust enough without using the final step of going round it with rope.Fair bit of bend on the poles,no breakages, overall pleased with my purchase, i feel it is a very good price for the quality of tent received,[i paid £53- post free].And is ideal for wild camping, which i do a lot of.

Very good but not happy about the tent pole section
As soon as i put in the crpss tent pool through and started bending it it snapped but instead of sending it back i just bought a new replacement tent pole section otherwise very happy but i read about this before on another review so watch out for the tent poles

Once i looked at the instructions and tent properly and logically i had it up in no time whatsoever (first time in years). Taking it down was a piece of cake as was putting it away.It seems to be everything that it says, more than enough room for myself and terrier (i'm 6'4) and a backpack but that's it. However that said keep your camp organised and you will have no problems with your other camping gear. For me i only take exactly what i need and ensuring everything is kept at a minimum and light. This tent will enable me to camp in private wherever i want in no time and protect me from the elements i have no doubt.Once it was up it was hard to see from a short distance as it blended in with the surroundings perfectly.I read the other reviews, which were a deciding factor and i'm really pleased. I thought i would do the same here in case you have your doubts on which tent to buy.

the tent is great. The seller is Ireland has good communication and ...
Tent arrived defective, it happens. Only issue was that it took 3 weeks to arrive which was made clear when purchasing, but then sending it back took an age as did the replacement. So all in all, the tent is great. The seller is Ireland has good communication and due to no fault of their own the whole process is a drag if you need the tent quickly, or even worse in my case, you get a defective one and have to go through the process 3 times. (once to you, once sending back, and once back to you). All sorted now though although I missed out on my camping trip.

Great
Great little 1 man tent. Enough room for me (over 6 foot) and room in the little porch for backpack boots and stove. Instructions look like they're designed by a child and were not useft to me but I got it up fairly quickly 10-15 mins on my own. I would recommend this product.
