Where the straps were sitting on my face were really irritating my skin. These are large enough that I can put them right where my strap sits on the upper part of my face and it keeps my skin from getting irritated, it keeps me from breaking out and it is totally making my old breakouts heal so much faster and look better. These are definitely worth the money and they stay on so good that I have to be careful to take them off in the morning. I think they'd easily stay on for 24 to 48 hours if needed.
