This did definitely not help with weight loss even when added to a healthy diet and exercise. Also did not find it enhanced my workouts... However, I did notice how well it has helped my sleep. Since I’ve been taking these I actually sleep all night and wake up feeling like I slept all night. Not it’s intended purpose, but I’ll take it.

I don't know yet. It's only been 3 days,I still have hot flashes at night. I sleep well,I never could sleep longer then 4 to 6 hours all my life. I can sleep a good 10 hours with an interuptionwhen mother nature calls. Great energy in the am before I work out. I see a small difference.

I notice an increase in my calorie burned per exercise!! I have already lost 6 pounds in just 2 weeks of taking the pill (2 times per day).
