Hi, if I go for stone grate will this effect the flow of water going into the drain?

No, it has a large waste trap so the flow of waste water is pretty good

Does anyone know the maximum weight this tray can take?

if you do not suspend it it would be as much as the floor can take?

Does it come with the waste?

Yes it comes with a waste. And ime a bathroom fitter and this tray is 100% well worth it's cost and have used many on my jobs ....

Is there black in this,,,,

I installed it in a home I rented out from memory I think there was black where the tray drains but that it’s covered by a white top so the tray is entirely while when fitted
