Easy to install and exactly as it’s portrayed. It works as designed and has allowed us to track my sons bike.

Fortunately, I’ve never had to actually use it in a situation on my bike had been moved or stolen. But testing at it seemed to work fine.

I bought this cause my son had his new Sunday BMX bike stolen by a kid he went to school with. Luckily the kids family found my sons social media and we got it back.I love that this fit perfectly under the seat of the bike. Hidden and discreet so no one even knows it’s is there.Gave 4 stars only because the battery did Not last a full year. Lasted about 6 months before I had to replace. Otherwise I would of gave 5

I got a ebike & there’s a lot of theft in my area. So I decided to get this orbit to track my bike if it gets stolen. Waste of time & money. This only works if the phone you connect it to is right next to the orbit. Huge fail on orbits part. If a thief takes my bike & is across town I wont be able to track it therefore I won’t be able to find it & get it back. I dont see any point or reason for this product.

My son has had his bike stolen 2 times since putting the tracker on his bike and I’ve been able to track it down, call the cops and press charges on the ppl that stole it. It’s definitely worth the money I paid for it. It’s super easy to use with the find my app for Apple users. I’m extremely pleased with the product. I was sick to death of young punks stealing my son’s bikes. So when I got him an expensive bike, I made sure to get the tracker. Best choice I ever made!!

I've wanted to track my bike for awhile now and this is discreet and sleek all in one. Make sure to add all addresses. I went out to lunch at work and got alerted I had wandered too far from my bike. It does its job. I added my business address as a safe place.
