I tend to use Pukka Love similar to Italian herb or Chinese 5 spice. You can add Pukka Love to most dishes, I find it goes really well in a soup, bolognese, or with fish.It comes in these handy serving suggestion packets, so you don't accidentally use too much, like a Mc Donald packet of SaltMc or PepperMc.I really can't speak highly enough of these Pukka Love seasoning sachets, I always find that I feel extra in love when I eat these with my family or cat. I love this tea, together with nigh time tea (dark blue packaging, not the burgundy). I purchased in bulk from this seller so it will last me a bit, much cheaper this way than getting it from the supermarket etc.

I may say that all the teas from pukka are amazing. I had some small problems and the warmth that this tea gave me to the heart and whole chest is amazing. Good feeling starts while drinking.
