a good budget-friendly monitor
I bought this during a pre-Black Friday sale: an Amazon "Lightening Deal" combined with a KTC coupon that dropped the price well below $200. So, my positive response to the H32S17 is partly based on the big discount I got for my purchase. The monitor is the advertised 32 inch width. The bezels are very small, about 2 mm; however, the panel has a small, black border, which is never utilized. So the border around the display area extends another 5 mm around the left, right, and top. So, the max viewing area, measured by the diagonal corners is 31.5 inches. The build quality is solid plastic for the monitor, and the monitor base does use metal. I can't speak to the amount of adjustment the monitor has on its base since I have mine on a 3rd-party VESA mount. The 1500R curvature is very gentle. I use the monitor up close and viewing content from a distance up to 10 feet away, and the curvature isn't annoying. Be aware, since the panel is a VA, the viewing angles aren't as wide as with an IPS or OLED panel. But there is some viewing angle, especially if you are viewing content from a bigger distance. You don't need to be directly dead center in front of the monitor to get a good viewing experience. The out-of-the-box calibration of H32S17 is not good. You will have to adjust such things like the color hue, saturation, gamma, brightness, and contrast to fit your environment. Some have complained that VA panels aren't very bright. I'm happy with the brightness of this monitor. I never have the brightness maxed out, and I often lower it to 85 - 75% depending on what I'm watching and how dark my office is at any given time. When I finally got it adjusted, the display is vibrant with good color saturation and deep blacks. This wasn't clear when I researched the monitor, so I will confirm that the H32S17 has an overdrive mode that has 4 different speeds. I currently have it on the highest speed, but all the levels do influence the gray-to-gray response times differently. So, this monitor, like any VA, will have some black smearing, but the overdrive, plus the high refresh rate, will mitigate it some. I'm satisfied with the low level of smearing, but I don't play high-level FPS games where smearing would cause problems. I do use the monitor for productivity. Text clarity is very good, whether reading black text on white backgrounds or white text on black backgrounds. I was a little concerned about that when I bought the monitor, but it has exceeded my expectations in this aspect. If you have a decent PC and GPU that can push high frame rates, I recommend connecting the monitor to your GPU with the display port. With a DP connection, the monitor provides a stable 180 frames, which is even higher than the advertised 165-170 hz. I'm extremely happy with that. Overall, this is a budget-friendly monitor that is good for multiple purposes (viewing content, casual gaming, and productivity). It won't compare to the best IPS and OLED monitors, but, for what I paid, I believe I got a quality product.

Excellent 1500R 32 inch Curved Gaming Monitor
I've used dozens of monitors from different manufacturers over the past 3 decades and for this price point, performance and colors of this monitor are excellent. I've used IPS, VA and TN panels and this is the best VA panel I've used, both for gaming and business. No dead pixels and uniform colors across the display. Not as fast as a good IPS but in FPS & Open World gaming, it's a joy to use. I don't need precision color, so not sure how this would fare in that realm, ie; photo editing etc, but for everything else, give this a try. Brilliant colors and enough adjustments to get the display quality where you need. The 1500R curve, for me is just right. After trying a 32" flat panel, I just found the edge areas seeming too far away. The curve pulls things in nicely and does increase immersion in gaming. First KTC I've owned so we'll see how it holds up.

Perfect monitor
Love this monitor already. Better pic then my way more expensive Acer monitor. Good quality, perfect refresh rate, easy to use. Very good value for the money. I might wanna buy another of these at some point.

Excellent monitor, the DP doesn't work though
This is a really good monitor with high refresh rates, beautiful colors, and decent resolution (2k). One of the best deals for curved 32 with 2K resolution I think. The only problem with my set is that the DP (display port) connection doesn't work. Fortunately the HDMI port does work, and a good HDMI 2.1 cable did the job just as well.

Monitor's great! Maybe some of the accessories could use some work.
I really like this monitor. I've been using 1080p as my native resolution since college (back in 2008 at least) so going to 1440p is the first resolution upgrade I've done in over 15 years. I originally had ordered a pair of 1440s from LG but after reading some remarks about the dynamic contrast being locked I bailed on those and ordered these, despite never having ever bought anything from KTC before. This monitor seems to satisfy everything I wanted to accomplish the jump (a larger screen space over 27" to accommodate the increase in pixels while also supporting the higher refresh rate and VESA AdaptiveSync features of my 27" gaming monitors). The monitor is also brighter than I was expecting. 1440p at 32" has a denser PPI than 1080p at 27", meaning text looks cleaner on this monitor than the 27" displays I was using (I've been told that at 32", 1440p is more comparable to using 1080p on a 24" canvas in terms of PPI). The default color temp is maybe a bit on the cool side but it can be adjusted (the default for "User" seems to suit me). I ordered two of these, one for each of my gaming setups, and neither of them have any dead pixels. The description says "165 Hz" but in actuality I managed to run this thing at 180 Hz (which means it's a 165 Hz panel overclocked). I notice the thumbnail for the product says "180 Hz" so go by that. If I had to complain about anything I'd say the accessories leave a little more to be desired. The base is one of those three-point things that looks cool but creates some awkward situations with your keyboard if you have to put the monitor directly onto the desk where your keyboard lives. It takes up less space than I was expecting but I still think I might go for a flatter base. However more importantly the base isn't height-adjustable, which can create issues if you have to set your monitor on a surface where you might want it lower or higher to meet your eye level (it is tilt-adjustable at least, which helps with the desk where I had to put it on a higher ledge). More than the flat base I think this is what would motivate me to get an aftermarket stand solution. Furthermore the complaints about the short DisplayPort cable in the box are indeed correct. For my setups this isn't an issue, they can reach the port without difficulty, but you definitely may need to consider buying longer cables to handle that if your PC isn't directly below your monitor like mine is. Additionally I'd like to say the cable connecting the power brick to the monitor is also really short. There's a decent chance yours could end up dangling if it can't reach the floor from your desk, even if the cable you run from the plug to the brick isn't short.

A monitor with a absolutely AMAZING Value and quality! Its insane NOT to get it!!
This monitor was not was i was expecting. It was SO MUCH MORE. I went from a 27 inch Sceptre 1080p 144hz curved monitor, to this 32'' 180hz HDR monitor and the difference was night and day! The image is so sharp, crisp, and way more vibrant that my last monitor. The response times, when set up to overdrive (Ultra Fast), is actually top tier, no disappointments at all! The HDR10 is something new to me and with having practically ZERO experience with it i cant say how well it manages against other monitors, but i CAN say when playing games that support HDR, there is such a major difference against NOT having HDR that i am actually wondering how i ever played any games without it. The size, honestly, caught me way off guard. I was expecting something bigger than my old 27", but this is MUCH bigger than i had imagined, im in no way upset about it at all, i was just pleasantly surprised! Video games look soooo detailed on 1440p compared to 1080p which was another thing that made my jaw drop. Playing Horizon: Forbidden West for the first time in 1440p and seeing the literal pores on the characters skin, and the nooks and crannies on cliffs, the details on the machines and so SO so much more, i can actually SEE now! its one of the most amazing experiences ive had gaming in many years! I am so grateful to have picked out this monitor as i was expecting "okay" quality, and got "NEARLY top tier" quality! I cant reccomend this monitor enough, ESPECIALLY as its current price point! One last thing before i go.. if you happen to purchase this monitor, DO NOT forget to go into the monitor settings and turn on OVERDRIVE and FREESYNC/G-SYNC and HDR. You will not get everything out of this monitor that you are wanting if you dont!!

Great Monitor (most likely requires non-provided adapter)
Great monitor, works well, good color, great refresh rate, very stable, and pretty durable. The only small flaw in the product is that it comes with an HDMI to HDMI and a DP to DP cable, and since almost no laptops these days have built-in DP ports, you will almost definitely have to buy an adapter to take advantage of the full DP HZ.

Great Monitor so far!
I did not have the best of luck with the curved version of this monitor. In fact I had a horrendous time with it! However, now that I had the 27 in flat screen version I have to say I absolutely LOVE IT! The picture and overall graphics and overall picture quality is AWESOME! The refresh rate is super smooth. It's actually noticeably smoother than my previous Samsung, which I honestly wasn't expecting. I love the frameless design. I can't wait until I can order the 2 (possibly 3) more and am able to get all of them setup in an extended but continuous display! It's going to be gorgeous, fast, and smooth... And honestly for the price? You simply can't match this quality with anything else on the market right now and meet or beat this price point. DEFINITELY 5 STARS! No need to hesitate on the purchase! Just do it and you won't be disappointed!!
