Postmenopausal female. No problem going to sleep, but wake up at 3 am and couldn’t go back to sleep. I drink no alcohol, no caffeine, regular bedtime, cool & dark room, used relaxation tapes or soft music, but still little sleep after 3 am. Now, taking one capsule Lion’s Mane an hour before sleep & I’ve been sleeping all night. Awake refreshed having slept 7-8 hours. So grateful for this miracle mushroom! Non-sedating. Last night? Loud thunderstorm at 4 am & I didn’t hear it.

I've tried most the big brands and I'd say this is the among strongest, but definitely the most cost effective. I think it used to be more potent because I used to only need one and the effects were Abit more noticeable, now I usually take 2. I definitely still notice benefits, it helps me to be sharper at work, forget things less. I work with cars and I definitely notice I can do stuff more smoothly, with less hiccups when I've taken my lions mane. Most days I mix mine in with some tea or warm water. Often with some gotu kola, then drink it down in the morning on an empty stomach, sometimes just after 1/4-1/2 ish teaspoon amount of apple cider vinegar with water. Most of the time I don't eat till around 2pm when I'm working, just drink lots of water after my tea and maybe have a unsweetened Coconut water if I feel it's needed.

I have been taking this Lion's Mane for years now. I am in my 70's now and I have more energy than I did in my 50's. My memory is excellent because of the brain and nerve support. I only take one in the morning. I did take two a day for the first bottle though. Wouldn't start my day without Zazzee Lion's Mane.

I had serious memory issues. For example: Could’t complete a sentence because I’d forget the thought before I’d get to the end of the sentence. I took these for about 2 weeks and it was like a switch flipped. Most everything went back to normal. I take them every day. Not saying these would work for every memory issue, but they did for me.
